- Zero Breakage Threshold: For standard orders, transit breakage below 1.0% is covered within standard shipping allowances.
- 100% Free Replacement / Credit: If breakage exceeds 1.0% upon destination arrival, submit photographic evidence within 30 days of container unloading for immediate free replacement in your next shipment or direct credit refund.

Our machine-blown and hand-blown glassware is guaranteed against clouding, surface pitting, or decal peeling for up to 1,000 commercial wash cycles when washed in standard alkaline commercial dishwashers under recommended hospitality water temperatures (≤ 65°C wash, ≤ 85°C rinse).
All items comply with international safety benchmarks including FDA CPG 545.400 / 545.450 (Report Ref: PTC24100807301C) and California Proposition 65 (Report Ref: SZ2025091217-4E).
3. Rapid Sampling & Fee Refund Protocol
- Stock Samples: Provided free of charge (client covers express courier freight).
- Custom Logo / Packaging Proofs: 3–5 working days turnaround. 100% of the custom sampling and tooling fee is fully refunded/deducted from your invoice upon bulk production order confirmation.
4. Production Tolerances for Hand-Crafted Glassware
Due to the artisanal nature of hand-blown lead-free crystal glassware, industry-standard tolerances apply: volumetric capacity ±3%, height/diameter ±2mm, wall thickness ±0.5mm. Machine-blown items feature tightened precision tolerances (±1% capacity).
5. Payment & Delivery Terms
Standard B2B payment terms are 30% deposit upon proforma invoice confirmation and 70% balance payment against Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. Supported Incoterms include EXW, FOB (Shanghai/Shenzhen/Guangzhou), CIF, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
